“Thank you so much for your efficient service. As I explained, we are a voluntary run group who had very little knowledge of this field but despite this you immediately put me at ease with your uncomplicated explanation of procedure, costing and approach. I took great comfort in the fact that your package had no hidden extras such as sample costs, report fees or hard copy fees which not only made your price affordable but also very competitive and this all came without any sales pressure. On site, the surveying team were punctual, efficient and thorough and again everything was explained in simple terms, with no sales pitches for any after services. I was extremely happy with the whole process and without hesitation, I will confidently recommend you in the future.”
“My call was returned within half an hour of leaving a message! Stephen understood the importance of swift action and was able to come out the same day. Throughout he was calm, reassuring and professional, reflecting a depth of knowledge and experience. Stephen will definitely be my first port of call should we need assistance in future.”
“I’d just like to say how great the service has been from you guys… fast and efficient, friendly yet professional so thank you very much!”
“Many thanks for this. We were well pleased by the service we got from you. Especially the prompt response, and also the courteous service from your technical representative. What was not clear at first was that the price you quoted was more or less a standard price for this size of property, so we had to check this with other potential suppliers before agreeing to your terms. However, we were well pleased and will be happy to use your services on future projects.”
“I’ve been really pleased with the level of service from you all and the friendliness of your team.”
“Rob was a great guy and a credit to your company. He was in good humour despite spending 3 hours in a traffic jam. Many thanks for your invoice which will be paid tomorrow.”
