This is a legal requirement under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and Construction, Design & Management Regulations 2007 before any work can commence on site. It is strongly advised to have the survey undertaken as early as possible in the process, as certain asbestos materials are categorised as licensed by the Health and Safety Executive, which require a 14 day notification period which is mandatory along formal notification of any other works to be carried out.

You receive a fully written, detailed report as to what was found with photographic evidence and full recommendations.

Within 3 – 4 working days from the survey, as we use an independent UKAS accredited laboratory for checking the samples taken for asbestos materials.
