Why it matters
Absolute Asbestos Surveys Ltd provides management, refurbishment and demolition surveys to find asbestos-containing materials in your buildings. Any building constructed before 1999 could contain asbestos, so a management survey is needed to make sure it is safe to occupy.
Asbestos was once a common building material across the UK, until scientific and medical reports showed its effect on people’s health. Although it was used as insulation up until the 1990s, many properties still contain it.
